'Emma delivered Oral History training to museum volunteers and staff of the Blaenau Gwent Access to Heritage Project. From the planning stage through to delivery, Emma was extremely professional, and was very flexible around the needs of the group. The session she delivered was varied and stimulating, with well-prepared materials and case studies. I've had some great feedback from the volunteers and all the local museums who attended was getting really excited about starting their own oral history recordings or projects. I would definitely like to have Emma back to give follow up training to the volunteers, as her sessions are also excellent value for money.' Morwenna Perrott, Access to Heritage Documentation Officer
